It is known that despite the fact that practical work is being done to provide qualified personnel to organizations and institutions in the public education system, to create a modern system for selecting candidates for vacancies, to support dedicated staff, there are still problems in this area.

In order to address such shortcomings, the Ministry of Public Education has set tasks on the principle of meritocracy in the selection of civil servants for vacant positions, ie the selection of talented employees, ensuring their promotion, full support and fairness in dismissal.

The heads of all regional departments have been assigned specific tasks to regularly post information on each vacancy on the site ish.uzedu.uz, to receive documents through this system, to avoid such situations as familiarity, localism, conflicts of interest in the selection of candidates.

To prevent cases of recommendation and appointment of employees working in schools with low level of education, who have not achieved positive results in their careers, to study the real reason for termination of employment contracts with managers, to prevent unfair dismissal of employees was warned to prevent discharge.

The ministry also instructed to provide full support to dedicated teachers who have been working effectively in schools with high levels of education, achieving high results for many years and making a worthy contribution to the development of the sector.

All leaders who failed to address the above issues were warned to take disciplinary action.
