It is known that financial incentives for exemplary employees of general secondary education, including the use of the Director's Fund, are organized on the basis of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 823 of September 30, 2019.

During the last academic year, in the process of implementing the requirements of the Charter approved by the resolution, there was a number of red tape in the appointment of masters, a number of inaccuracies in the criteria for evaluating the performance of teachers.

The need to clarify some of the ambiguities in some of the norms necessitated changes and additions to the procedure for providing financial incentives to exemplary employees of general secondary education.

Therefore, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 31, 2020 No. 831 "On amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 30, 2019 No. 823" On improving the procedure for financial incentives for exemplary employees of general secondary education " accepted.

Based on the changes and additions, the following is provided:

evaluation of the activities of teachers, psychologists and librarians in secondary schools through open data;

to motivate teachers to prepare students for international science Olympiads;

Assigning 100% monthly premiums to teachers who systematically prepare students for international assessment surveys;

To increase the monthly bonus for the heads of science and methodological associations from 5% to 10% in order to encourage the improvement of methodological services aimed at improving the quality of education in schools;

Encourage school leaders to prepare graduates for higher education, vocational guidance and employment;

It aims to create a healthy competitive environment between pedagogical communities and educational institutions.

In addition, according to the new decision:

✅The limit of not exceeding 50% of the total number of psychologists and librarians in secondary schools has been abolished;

✅The heads of methodological associations of schools in the field of science have identified 6 types of criteria for setting supplements to the basic tariff rates;

✅As a result of transparency and reduction of evaluation criteria, the total number of criteria was optimized and reduced by 20%;

✅The number of documents required to be filled out by applicants has decreased by 60%, and now the applicant is required to fill out only 3 documents.

We believe that the changes and additions to the rules for the use of the Principal's Fund will serve to give a worthy incentive to the work of school staff, including teachers.
