Currently, the Minister of Public Education Sherzod Shermatov is in Kashkadarya region. The Minister's first visit began with a tour of a low-quality school in Chirakchi District, including School No. 134 in Chirakchi District.
During the visit, the issues of quality of education in the district schools and their solutions were discussed. It was noted that teachers do not pay much attention to self-improvement and professional development. Officials of the Chirakchi District Department of Public Education were instructed to study the problems of schools with low quality of education and take necessary measures.
It was noted that some schools had problems recruiting teachers with higher education. Currently, 2 teachers from Samarkand region are involved in this school. It was noted that the goal of future teachers is to improve the quality of education in schools and to train high-potential students.

After that, the Minister of Public Education Sherzod Shermatov awarded two teachers with the badge "Excellence in Public Education" and a set of modern TVs and books for the school administration.
The Minister of Public Education provided the necessary recommendations to address the challenges facing teachers and to improve the quality of education.

It should be noted that the basic tariff rates for teachers of higher and first category, who are attracted from other regions to teach in schools with low levels of education:
✅100% of the basic tariff rates for teachers moving from one region to another; ✅50% increase in the basic tariff rates for teachers moving from one district to another (city).
In addition, schools in remote areas will receive a one-time initial stipend of 50 times the basic calculation and a monthly cash compensation of 2 times the basic calculation for renting (renting) housing.
