Yesterday, the Ministry of Public Education held a meeting with the leaders of the Uchim Znaem project, which provides inpatient education for children in need of long-term treatment in the Russian Federation.

The government has set a task to provide continuous education for children being treated for hematology. In this regard, with the support of the International Public Foundation "Zamin" will be implemented the project "Mercy School", aimed at organizing the educational process for children treated with hematology and oncology in our country.

In order to successfully implement the project in Uzbekistan, the experience of the project "Uchim znaem", which has been operating in the Russian Federation for 7 years, was studied, and proposals for the implementation of the project in our country were studied.

School No. 182, located near the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Center of Hematology, was selected to implement the project "Mehrli Maktab".

Partners work together to select and improve the skills of educators who teach children in need of long-term treatment, and to develop curricula and programs.

Continuing education for children treated at the Republican Specialized Scientific-Practical Medical Center of Hematology will be launched in 2022.
