The Ministry of Public Education is reducing the number of documents required for schooling.
By the order of the Minister of Public Education dated July 1, 2021, the number of more than 10 educational and pedagogical documents in schools has been halved, and most of the rest will be kept in electronic form.
Nowadays, field workers focus on improving the quality of education, not on “paperwork” or reporting.
It will be recalled that in the last 3 years in the ministry system:
Documents of teachers from 7 to 1,
2 out of 10 class teachers,
Psychologists have 27 to 8,
The number of deputy directors for spiritual and educational work was reduced from 19 to 4.
The turn led to the reduction of documents related to the educational process.
❌ With this order, the instruction on keeping school documents (Order No. 178 of 5.12.2001) has been revoked and a new edition of the instruction has been approved.
