Minister of Public Education Sherzod Shermatov studied the condition of schools in Karmana district of Navoi region.
After the presentation of the President's gift "Spark" car in the framework of the project "One Million Programmers" to the director of the secondary school No 2, the guests got acquainted with the activities of the school.
In particular, he talked to talented students who have created software projects in the computer room. He got acquainted with the projects they created and gave his suggestions and recommendations.
Within the framework of 5 initiatives, the clubs organized at the school got acquainted with the work of young inventors.
After that, the Minister got acquainted with the conditions created for students at the secondary school No. 21 in Karmana district. At the school, which has 874 students, the minister spoke with the graduating class. He was interested in their future plans, their chosen profession, and the universities they were aiming at. In the current academic year, 67 graduates will graduate from the school, all of whom have now expressed a desire to enter a higher education institution. Currently, 5 graduates of the school have entered the university ahead of schedule, and the Minister wished them success in their future endeavors.
At the end of the visit, books from world masterpieces were donated to the school library.
