On January 8, 2021, the Ministry of Public Education and the State Inspectorate for Quality Control approved the resolution "On the introduction and improvement of the system of assessment of knowledge and skills of management staff of territorial administrations of the Ministry of Public Education."

According to this decision, the assessment of knowledge and skills of administrative staff of the territorial administration of the Ministry of Public Education and the revision of their quality structure.

In this regard, starting from March 15 of this year, the management staff of district (city) departments of public education will undergo a two-stage assessment process.

In the first stage, the level of knowledge of the normative and legal documents in the field of public education, managerial skills, compliance with the job responsibilities set out in the qualification descriptions, professional competence, outlook and mental capacity (IQ) are determined in the form of interviews (5 question tickets).

In the second stage, their presentations on the organization and plans for the future will be evaluated.

In this case, the perspective program of the heads of district (city) departments of public education for 3 years on the improvement of general secondary education and the development of public education institutions;

the work done by the deputy head of the district (city) department of public education, the head of the department and specialists over the past year, as well as the presentation of slides on future plans will be evaluated.
