Method 1. The novice teacher uses a separate approach to explaining each topic due to its remoteness from standard lessons. For example, before explaining a new topic, first, consider the level of knowledge and skills of the students in the class. Students learn in advance how to master a topic and change the way they teach. An inactive student is always at the center of the attention of the educator. He comes up with various puzzles for them and draws the attention of students to them. For this reason, in grades 9-11, there are almost no students who do not understand the new topic.
Method 2: Dilnoza Yuldasheva pays more attention to the literacy and speech development of boys and girls. Take 10 minutes to discuss life skills with students. These negotiations are taking place in a friendly atmosphere. Asks pre-prepared questions, taking into account the nature and worldview of each student. The science of the Uzbek language explains the importance of boys and girls in their later life. Thus, students' interest in science is constantly increasing.
Method 3: She is currently teaching a class of sixth graders. Of the 28 students in the class, 15 receive only excellent grades, while the rest receive grades "4" and "5". At the end of the lesson, she explains to the students the topics covered in all subjects. Throughout the day, she works individually with each student to find out how many grades they got, what subjects they have difficulty learning, and what problems they had.
Method 4: An experienced teacher does not leave students who have not prepared their homework just like that. Communication with the parents of such students is a priority. Working with parents, she pays more attention to students who have problems. To solve the problems of students, they often meet with parents and try to solve problems together.
Method 5: The teacher also works separately with gifted students. Since 2017, students of the Uzbek language have won regional and city competitions. This year, the 11th grader took 1st place in the city stage and went to the republican stage. Successful, gifted students are constantly enriched with additional literature.
