Today, January 18, the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a training seminar on "Transparent organization of the recruitment process for vacant positions in public education."
The training seminar was conducted in the form of online videoconferencing through the program ZOOM. It was attended by heads of personnel departments of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Main Department of Public Education of Tashkent and regional public education departments, as well as personnel specialists of district (city) public education departments.
A.Akramov, Head of the Department of the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and A.Khasanov, Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Public Education, took part in the online training seminar.
The seminar provided explanations on the system of transparent organization of the process of recruitment to vacant positions in the central office of the Ministry of Public Education, territorial administrations and educational institutions, as well as the prevention of errors and omissions in this process.
It is known that on October 20, 2020 in coordination with the Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved "Procedure for recruitment to vacant positions in the central office of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, territorial divisions, organizations and institutions." .
Accordingly, to date, 42 vacancies in the system have been announced through vacancy.argos.uz. Of these, 547 candidates (including 208 young people - 38%) applied for 33 positions. Of the candidates, 176 (32.2%) met the qualification requirements for the relevant position, while 307 (56.1%) did not meet the qualification requirements. Also, the documents of all candidates for 6 positions were re-announced for non-compliance with the qualification requirements.
Currently, the documents of 64 candidates (11.7%) are being studied for compliance with the qualification requirements. 44 candidates took part in the tests on 10 positions, of which 21 (47.7%) passed the test, 23 (52.3) did not pass the test. It is also planned to conduct tests on 15 positions. 17 candidates were interviewed for 6 positions, of which 16 (94.1%) did not pass the interview.
The practical seminar will help the specialists in the public education system to fully demonstrate their potential and effectively organize their future activities.
