In particular, the properties of State secondary education institutions are allowed to rent to non-state educational organizations in free time, including during summer holidays, for the following purposes::

in order to organize courses of extracurricular education, as well as courses of training and retraining of personnel, the state secondary educational institutions have a lot of free space.;

computer classes in public secondary schools located in rural areas for the establishment of computer literacy courses for the population.

The Ministry of Public Education calls on the cooperation of the non-state educational organizations operating in the areas of expansion of their activities and establishment of the non-state educational organization on the use of the rooms of the secondary educational institutions for rent in free time and during the summer holidays.

We would like to inform that entrepreneurs wishing to rent rooms of secondary educational institutions for the activities of non-state educational organization can apply directly to the territorial units of the Ministry in this matter.

At the same time, it is worth mentioning that the lease of state property objects will be carried out in accordance with the resolution 102 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 8, 2009 and resolution 454 of June 16, 2018.
