The opening ceremony was attended by trainers from Florida State University, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Ministry of Public Education and officials from the Republican Education Center.

For the first time since the program began, Florida State University experts visited Uzbekistan and met face-to-face with local program partners, teachers, review team members, and experts involved in the development of the teaching materials.

During these days, the seminar will focus on the process of developing teaching materials, the subtleties of content that is interesting and pedagogically relevant for children, design secrets and many other topics.
