Bakhtiyor Adilovich Saidov graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics. Until now, Bakhtiyor Saidov has held the positions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to a number of countries.

Sherzod Khotamovich Shermatov, who previously held the post of Minister of Public Education, has been appointed Minister of Information Technologies and Communications.
