Earlier, we reported that 6 Uzbek teachers received grants from the El Yurt Umidi Foundation for master's studies at the most prestigious higher educational institutions in the world.

One of them is Nazira Akhmedova, an English teacher at school No. 68 in the Sergeli district of Tashkent. Nazira, 25, is studying for a master's degree on a government grant at Italy's most prestigious Sapienza University in Rome.

Answering a question about the Sapienza University in Italy, Nazira Akhmedova found out that the university is in the TOP-200 of the most prestigious universities abroad.

“It is not difficult for me to apply because of the development of the Internet,” he said. I submitted all the documents online and wrote an essay about my goals. After that, I was invited to the second stage of the competition, i.e. for an interview. During the conversation, I was very excited, because the members of the El Yurt Umidi Foundation sitting there were mature professionals in their field. However, I have tried to answer all questions completely. The courtesy of the members of the foundation further strengthened my self-confidence. A few days later the results were announced, and I was among the winners. For me, it was an unexpected happiness and a dream come true.

Today, the El-Yurt Umidi Foundation provides great assistance to many of our compatriots in studying abroad and realizing their dreams. An unexpected gift for me was the Foundation's award. This news brought great joy not only to me, but to our entire family. It is commendable that the youth of our country are now given such great opportunities. Such opportunities will certainly contribute to the further prosperity of our country. Hundreds of young people from our country applied for this competition, so being among the winners gave me great strength and courage.”

A diligent educator believes that training in this area alone is not enough to become a mature professional. In addition, he believes that the use of innovative technologies, fluency in several foreign languages is very important to keep abreast of any news happening in the world. In this area, he wants to get a lot of experience at an Italian university.

Now the young teacher intends to continue his education in Italy, use the knowledge gained there to improve the level of foreign language proficiency in the schools of Uzbekistan, to promote their maturity and potential. The ultimate goal is to open an English school for children when they have enough experience.

“After studying in Italy, where I learned all the secrets of raising children, I plan to return to Uzbekistan and continue my professional activities here. I want to open an English language school for children to further increase their interest and passion for foreign languages. An in-depth study of English and American literature and the defense of a doctoral dissertation in this area are also planned. In the future, I intend to make full use of my knowledge and efforts in the development of qualified and talented personnel and contribute to the development of our country.”
