Regulations on the procedure for conducting the competition "The best school for teaching foreign languages" for the Presidential Award have been approved.

According to the regulations, the competition for the best school for teaching foreign languages ​​is held annually among schools where English, German, French (foreign languages) are taught.

The school, which has expressed a desire to participate in the competition, registers the school national team in the information system of the Ministry of Public Education until September 20 each year.

Accordingly, the registered school enters the main indicators of foreign language teaching in the information system by October 20 of each year.

The competition is open to one language team from each school. The national team consists of 5 students in grades 7-9.

The competition is held in 3 stages in the following terms:

Phase 1 (district phase) - in February each year. In this case, the level of knowledge of foreign languages ​​of the participants is tested by means of test assignments.

Phase 2 (regional phase) - in April each year. At this stage, participants' listening, writing, reading and lexical-grammatical skills are assessed.

Stage 3 (Republican stage) - in August each year. At this stage, participants' listening, writing, speaking and reading skills will be tested on the basis of international certified standards of foreign language proficiency, and their knowledge of the countries where the relevant language is used as a mother tongue will be tested.

The school that won the 1st place in the republican stage will be announced as the winner of the Presidential Award.

The winners will be awarded the Presidential Prize in the following amounts:

✅District (city) stage:

1st place - 100 million soums;

2nd place - 75 million soums;

3rd place - 50 million soums.

✅ At the regional level:

1st place - 250 million soums;

2nd place - 200 million soums;

3rd place - 150 million soums.
