Today, the Minister of Public Education Sherzod Shermatov awarded employees of non-governmental educational institutions who have contributed to the establishment of the Science Zone at the Youth and Student Forum with network awards. At the Youth and Student Forum organized in the Botanical Garden, the Ministry of Public Education in cooperation with the Association of Non-Governmental Educational Institutions organized various experiments and competitions in the field of science to interest young people in STEM sciences. Leaders and educators of a number of non-governmental educational institutions contributed to this process.
Today, non-governmental educational organizations are active in the development of the non-governmental education sector in the public education system, educating young people in the spirit of respect for national and universal values.
More than 24,000 students studying in non-governmental educational institutions are participating in science olympiads and sports competitions, achieving high results, and high rates of admission of graduates to higher education institutions. This, in turn, indicates that the services of teachers and trainers who have been teaching in non-governmental educational institutions are great.
Currently, there are about 200 non-governmental educational organizations in the country, which employ about 5,000 leaders and teachers.
