Teachers of higher and secondary special education who do not have the category of working in public secondary schools of low quality in Tashkent region are attested.

Joint decision of the Ministry of Public Education and the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education No. 47/25-q / q of June 3, 2021 The attestation charter and evaluation criteria were approved.

According to the joint decision, the attestation commission of teachers with higher and secondary special education who do not have a category of low-quality public education in Tashkent region will be conducted by the Attestation Commission established by the Ministry of Public Education.

Certification is organized in two stages:

In the first stage, the attestation is organized through tests in the subject. In this case, the tests are conducted by the Education Inspectorate on the basis of test questions prepared by specialists from the Ministry of Public Education and the Education Inspectorate, as well as experts hired by them on a contract basis.

The test consists of 40 questions for each test question
1.5 minutes, for a total of 60 minutes. An additional 30 minutes will be given for testing in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science and information technology. 1.75 points are awarded for each correctly completed test question.

A total of 70 points are awarded for the first stage, out of the total score
Those who scored 55% (38.5 points) and above are considered to have passed the first stage of certification.

Those who fail to obtain 55% (38.5 points) of the total score (70 points) in the first stage will not be admitted to the second stage and will be considered “not certified”.

In the second stage, the attestation commissions will have to answer 5 questions on reforms in the education system, the effectiveness of teachers, and professional competence. For the second stage, each question is given a total of 30 points out of 6, and those who score 55% of the total score (16.5 points) and above are considered to have passed the second stage of certification. The questions will be asked by the specialists of the Republican Education Center and the experts they hired on a contract basis. The questionnaire is determined by the attestant by selecting from the multiple-choice tickets. The questions asked during the interview and the answers to them are recorded in a special journal in a shorthand.
