In collaboration with the Ministry of Public Education and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in Central Asia, schools in Kokand, Fergana Province, have developed a culture of prevention of human trafficking, crime, and corruption for educators.
The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Public Education, the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, and the Deputy Directors for Spiritual and Educational Affairs of 45 secondary schools in Kokand.
Today, the focus is on raising students' legal awareness and creating a climate of intolerance for human trafficking, corruption, and crime.
In accordance with the program of the event, the participants were trained by international trainers on the methodology of formation of ideological immunity in secondary school students against similar disorders, based on the best practices of the world.
In addition, participants were shown and discussed videos aimed at preventing various antisocial behaviors among minors.
At the end of the event, participants were awarded special certificates and given the opportunity to conduct events among students of secondary schools under the status of local trainers.
