The Ministry of Public Education provides additional guidance to clarify a number of misunderstandings, objections and issues in the recruitment and payment of teachers in the field during the period when the educational process is carried out "online" in secondary schools.
The following is permitted under this Letter of Instruction:
to hire a new employee for the main job on the basis of a fixed-term employment contract to replace teachers who are on maternity leave;
to hire a new employee for the main job on the basis of an indefinite-term employment contract to replace teachers whose employment contracts have been terminated;
only during the period of incapacity for work of teachers is it allowed to temporarily distribute their workload to existing teachers, whose specialization corresponds to the requirements of labor legislation, in compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.
At the same time, in order to prevent the spread of a new strain of coronavirus, to protect the health of employees and to create favorable conditions for them in the organization of the work of teachers:
allow teachers working at the same time on a part-time basis and on a part-time basis to perform the tasks assigned to them at the part-time school from home;
to create conditions for teachers to be in school in proportion to the amount of available weekly lesson loads;
It is recommended that students engaged in teaching activities in schools, as an exception, be given the opportunity to perform the tasks assigned to them from home, taking into account the address and geographical location of the workplace.
