Тhe A. Avloni Research Institute, together with professors from the University of North Georgia in the United States, is implementing a project aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of school leaders and the leader's contribution to the introduction of STEM subjects in schools.

According to it, a 10-week training course consisting of 8 modules is organized. In it, 25 school principals from all regions of the country with a high level of English language proficiency were selected on the basis of a two-stage interview and resumed their studies.

The course will run from February to June, at the end of which the principals will develop a non-traditional approach to school management and introduce it in their schools with the practical assistance of professors from the University of Georgia.

The Uzbek translation of these courses will be posted on a special electronic platform of the A.Avloni Research Institute.
