At the next address, the Minister of Public Education inspected the educational process of the 27th comprehensive school in Kokand. Built in 1976, the school has 1,190 students. They are taught by 70 teachers.

Bakhtiyor Saidov met with students studying in the school's mathematics club and talked to them about his future plans. He listened to the students ’opinions and gave them advice.

After that, suggestions and comments of the head of the school and members of the teaching staff on improving the quality of education were heard. During the conversation with teachers, it was noted that in addition to providing quality education to students at school, expanding the ranks of qualified teachers, improving their professional skills, it is necessary to understand the responsibilities of teachers.

In the form of a roundtable discussion, the participants received detailed answers to their questions. Recommendations were made to address some of the shortcomings and problems identified.

After that, an extended meeting with the participation of the Minister was held in the Fergana Regional Department of Public Education. It was attended by heads of public education departments of cities and districts of the region, heads of diagnostic centers, heads of special schools and boarding schools.
