The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to introduce a system of continuous professional development of public educators" was published for discussion on the website regulation.gov.uz.

The main purpose of this decision is to create the necessary conditions for continuous improvement of professional skills and efficiency of public educators, to improve the system of professional development on the basis of "lifelong learning".

The draft provides for the approval of the Regulation "On continuous professional development of public educators", which provides for the introduction of a credit-modular system of education in the process of retraining and advanced training of public educators.

It is also envisaged to approve the structure of the system of continuous professional development of public educators, the Regulation on continuous professional development of public educators, the procedure for reimbursing the costs of training of public educators from the state budget and maintaining the Register.

Adoption of the draft resolution will allow to establish a system of continuous professional development of public educators, to constantly improve their professional skills on the basis of the principle of "lifelong learning" and to create a healthy competitive environment in the field.
