The Ministry of Public Education and the State Inspectorate for Quality Control in Education under the Cabinet of Ministers instructed the regional administrations.

Also, in accordance with paragraph 79 of this Regulation, the amount of the basic tariff rates for teachers, their qualification category or position is determined on the basis of a certificate.

Based on the above, on the date of entry into force of this Resolution, ie on May 14, 2019, the existing qualification categories of teachers of retirement age whose certification certificate has not expired will be retained (if teachers of retirement age are involved in the certification at their own discretion). if the category has not changed) and the salary is paid in accordance with the qualification category.

Also, until the entry into force of this Resolution, ie until May 14, 2019, teachers of retirement age whose qualification category has expired will be involved in the attestation in the last qualification category and until they are certified in accordance with paragraph 80 of this Regulation. or a teacher with a secondary special, vocational education.
