In his Address, the President set a great task to improve the quality of education in all schools. For this purpose, it is planned to provide a 50% bonus for a qualified teacher from another district and a 100% bonus for a teacher from another region.
As you know, the number of such schools has tripled in one year due to the measures taken to dismiss long-serving principals in schools where none of the graduates entered higher education institutions (HEIs)!
There are only half a year left until the students graduate. Therefore, this year will be a big test year for the dark red (0%) and red (up to 10%) schools shown in this chart. Therefore, it is necessary that the team of these schools unite and work for the result! As before, it is a fantasy to say that if we leave, there will be no teacher to replace us.
Employees of the ministry, regional and district departments will also continue to visit ONLY red schools (up to 10%) and work to improve their situation. The main thing is not to go to green schools at all, not to disturb them. If they have good young staff, they should be recommended for leadership positions in the red category schools. Only then will the positive atmosphere in these green schools spread faster to the red schools as well.
Of course, this issue can become a lot of noise tomorrow, because no one wants to leave work like that. However, there should be teachers in the school who teach students, and we will only try to create additional conditions for them by increasing their respect. On the contrary, we advise people who are not self-employed, who have strayed to school, or who are somehow retained in the previous system of forced labor, to find work elsewhere in school rather than trying to make a fuss on the Internet. From now on, schools will only work for results, and teachers will have to work on themselves. There are many schools in the provinces where several teachers work at the same rate, and the total number of teachers is more than 80,000!
