Minister of public education Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Uzbekistan Algan Bekar. During the meeting, the sides discussed the directions of bilateral cooperation between the education systems of the two countries.
In addition to today's strategic cooperation between the two countries, the sides exchanged views on the possibility of raising the relations in the field of education to a new level.
During the meeting, it was noted that the minister of education of Turkey is planning a working visit to Uzbekistan in order to allocate grants for students from Uzbekistan to receive education in the leading higher educational institutions of Turkey, as well as cooperation between the ministries.
The minister of Public Education announced his readiness for a meeting with his Turkish counterpart to discuss the possibilities of cooperation between the two countries in the field of Education.
