As previously reported, the First Deputy Minister of Public Education discussed with specialists of the York Press the creation of internationally recognized modern textbooks, their adaptation to Uzbekistan.

Under the agreement, the York Press will provide the Ministry of Public Education with the leading textbooks in the exact and natural sciences.

The York Press also said it would provide the Department of Public Education with guidelines for school-age children on entrepreneurship and healthy lifestyles.

In addition, there will be online access to National Geographic Learning courses to improve the skills of foreign language teachers.

At the end of the meeting, the Ministry of Public Education and the York Press will discuss further cooperation and the creation of textbooks.
