In recent days, there have been various complaints from teachers about the increase in field inspections, in particular, the need to provide various documents.

After reviewing the appeals, the Ministry of Public Education states that no instructions have been issued to conduct inspections in schools. The Ministry of Public Education has instructed the regional public education departments to study the current situation and problems in general education institutions and assist the school community in overcoming them.

In accordance with the "Instruction on the procedure for forming a standard annual work plan for pedagogical specialties of general secondary education" (registered by the Ministry of Justice on June 29, 2020 under number 3058-I) the number of documents kept by teachers is up to one .com system).

Therefore, the school strongly warns teachers that it is strictly forbidden to require other documents from the class journal (electronic form in schools where the electronic diary is introduced) only.

In this regard, it should be noted that unlawful interference in the professional activities of pedagogical staff of an educational institution or obstruction of their official duties is punishable under Article 197-5 of the Code of Administrative Liability of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Dear teachers!

If you have any of the above cases of illegal documentation, please contact the Ministry's hotline at 71 202 09 09 with specific information about your area and school.
