The most important topic of discussion was the development of a system of vocational training of students. Although serious attention has been paid to this area, there are still a number of problems that need to be addressed.

The main problem is that our people have a stereotype that graduates of higher education institutions are more successful than young people who choose a profession. The Minister stressed the importance of the Ministry as an integral part of education, as well as its important role in changing these stereotypes.

During the meeting, it was agreed to organize vocational guidance courses based on the Swiss experience to attract the interest of secondary school students in the profession. The importance of finding a solution to the issue of gender equality in career choice was also emphasized.

Embassy officials suggested setting up an experimental program to teach girls ICT from school age.

The project will focus on gender equality. This allows girls to learn distance learning and other ICT skills, and to earn a decent income in the future without leaving home.
