The Minister of Public Education Bakhtiyor Saidov visited Peshku district, one of the most remote districts of Bukhara region, to study the activities of schools.
First of all, he got acquainted with the conditions created for students to receive quality education in the 43rd comprehensive school of the district.
Located 10 km from the district center, the 260-seat school was built in 1973 and renovated in 2012. There are currently 332 students studying here.
The Minister spoke with the graduating class of the school and inquired about their future choices and aspirations.
Knowledge is the power that lifts a person to great heights. It doesn't matter where you live or what your environment is. Therefore, choose the field in which you are interested, set high goals and never give up, - said the Minister, urging students to strive for high goals.
Laptops were presented to students who achieved high results in science Olympiads and competitions.
During the cordial and open dialogue with the teachers, he emphasized to the teachers that the upbringing of the children who are the owners of our future is in the hands of the teachers.
- Teaching is a great and honorable profession. The responsibilities of this profession are also very heavy. "Every educator should feel this responsibility from the heart," he said.
It is planned to include the school building in the Investment Program in the coming years.
