The Minister of Public Education Bakhtiyor Saidov, who is in Andijan region, opened the meeting online and told the participants about the future direction of strategic cooperation in the development of public education and current issues facing the public education system for the next 3-5 years.

The event is expected to discuss the development strategy of public education, the role and opportunities of international organizations, a summary of reforms in the system under the auspices of the Global Fund for Education (GPE) and cooperation in developing a 5-year program for the development of public education.

The meeting is attended by a total of 50 participants, including representatives of the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the British Council, the American Council, UNESCO, UNICEF, JICA, KOICA and other international organizations in Uzbekistan.
