On March 10, a working group headed by First Deputy Minister of Public Education Usmon Sharifkhodjayev continued its work in Bozatov district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
In particular, as part of the planning of the "Mobile Methodological Groups", teachers of secondary schools 1 and 4 in the district received diagnostic tests in their areas of science. According to the initial test results, the teachers of School No. 1 averaged 49.6 percent, and the teachers of School No. 4 averaged 47.7 percent. This result shows how important it is to improve the knowledge and skills of school teachers today.
From now on, trainings will be organized to diagnose the knowledge of teachers in these schools and to eliminate the identified gaps. In particular, from March 14 this year in schools 40 and 43 of Beruni district Karakalpak State University, and in schools 1 and 4 of Bozatov district will begin training by "Mobile methodical groups" under the Karakalpak State Pedagogical Institute.
In addition, additional trainings on improving the level of pedagogical competencies are organized through the platform of "Continuous Professional Development" of the Research Institute named after A. Avloni.
It is also planned to organize an "Open Day" of higher education institutions in these areas, as well as to promote students in higher and vocational education.
