Documents of applicants for higher education institutions are accepted online through the website of the State Test Center abitur.dtm.uz. Applicants no longer have to worry about higher education institutions and stand in long queues.

To apply online, you need to enter the passport (ID card) information of the graduates (personal identification number of the individual - JSHSHIR). Therefore, graduates over the age of 16 must obtain a passport (ID card) on time.

In order to make it easier for graduates in this process, the electronic database attestat.uzedu.uz is integrated with the site DTM abitur.dtm.uz.

For information, more than 390,000 students will graduate from schools this school year. To date, more than 122,000 graduates (31%) over the age of 16 have not received passports on the electronic database of graduates attestat.uzedu.uz.

Dear parents, dear graduates!

Using your child’s constitutional right, we ask that you ensure that school graduates who have reached the age of 16 receive a passport (ID card) in a timely manner.

We urge the school administration to enter the passport information of graduates on the website attestat.uzedu.uz and help them to submit their documents to higher education institutions in the future.

It should be noted that graduates over the age of 16 can apply to the Department of Migration and Citizenship of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to obtain a passport.
