School No. 158 in Mirabad District hosted a seminar for principals on “Improving the leadership competencies of heads of educational institutions and using STEAM methods in the educational process”.

During the seminar, school leaders got acquainted with the "Socrates Circle", a case study, question-based teaching methods and concepts. The presentations covered the development and implementation of short- and long-term projects in the study of the study material.

The workshop featured a Giuseppe Archibaldo painting on Vitamins for 8th graders using elements of electronic whiteboards, art, physics, and chemistry.

In the Financial Literacy Project, 6th graders presented a “History of Money” based on materials provided by ORIENT FINANCE BANK. The course covered economics, mathematics, literature and art.

The 8th graders presented the workshop participants with games based on the Harry Potter book using technology, expressive reading, theatrical art, literature, and other techniques. In addition, high school students demonstrated their knowledge of the basics of the Java ORACLE Foundation.

During the seminar, school principals got acquainted with the individual projects of the participants of the 4-day international program "ICT4GIRLS Digital Camp", organized by the Ministry of Public Education on spring break - March 23-26.

At the end of the seminar, school leaders were encouraged to share experiences, learn about modern, advanced technologies and apply them in practice.
