Results of 2015-2016 academic year: on the work carried out and on the priority tasks in the future

Today, 15 633 educational institutions (4916 pre-school educational institutions, 9692 schools of general secondary education, 23 orphanages, 283 children's music and art schools, 211 (competent generation( centers, 225 children and adolescents sports schools, 4 State Pedagogical institutions, 17 pedagogical personnel retraining and professional development) are functioning in the system of Public Education.

The 2015-2016 academic year will also be completed after a few days.  So today we can sum up the academic year that we are completing with you and discuss the priorities for the future.

First of all, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the academic year has been rich in important events in the system of public education and the success of our students in various competitions and competitions.

The announcement of 2016 (the Year of a healthy mother and child) by the distinguished president was received with great interest by the general public, especially employees of the public education system. After all, this state program is a logical continuation of large-scale reforms carried out in our country aimed at bringing a harmonious generation to adulthood.

Concerning the important projects implemented in the system on the basis of the state program, this year 1220 secondary schools are equipped with computer classes, interactive electronic whiteboards and air conditioners. As a result, 12 956 educational and computer rooms (81.5%) in the existing schools in the Republic, 2603 of them (26.8%) are provided with electronic whiteboards.

In December 2015, the first Smart class was opened in Uzbekistan in cooperation with the KEFA Organization of the Republic of Korea and the Ministry of Public Education. Tashkent City Yunusabad district is equipped with 327-th school (Smart Class( 211 thousand US dollars worth of modern technical means (tablet, laptop, special furniture, server, electronic stands, interactive kiosk and panels). In the future, the number of such modern classes will increase.

In addition, this year, capital reconstruction of 286 pre-school educational institutions has been established (54-item), work is carried out on equipping them with furniture, equipment, toys and technical means (56-item).

(Global cooperation in education (within the framework of the project 1220 units( short-term (groups are formed, these short-term groups are provided with educational furniture and developing educational materials in the amount of 7.4 million US dollars.) It is also planned to provide 11 educational and methodical manuals for pedagogical personnel, 50 children's artistic literature.

One of the biggest innovations implemented within the framework of the state program according to paragraph 62 for the purpose of comprehensive development of the personality of the pupil developed countries of Europe, as well as foreign languages in our country based on the experience of the development of state educational standards and educational programs of the system of continuous education in 18 These projects were tested and tested in 75 schools, 39 vocational colleges and 28 academic lyceums, 6 base competences were defined.

Referring to the most important events in the academic year that are coming to an end, the Ministry of Public Education, the regional public education administration departments and each educational institution (higher education institutions in 2016-2019) have implemented priority tasks( development of Secondary Education) in order to carry out content modernization, introduction of innovative pedagogical and mediatechnologies into the educational process on the output, introduced into practice. This concept serves to increase the effectiveness of education and determines the specific tasks of participants in education.

On the revision of curricula, textbooks and teaching aids for the system of continuing education and the creation of new ones (in 2017-2020 step-by-step creation and publication of textbooks of the new generation of secondary schools( the program is being developed. Currently, 26.1 million copies of textbooks are published in 525 titles for the next academic year. 

Since 2011, in order to form a healthy competitive environment in the system of public education, to determine the abilities and talents of students starting from sheep classes and to direct them to professional activity, the organization of four-stage (knowledge competition) on the subjects has been established. It is gratifying that interest in students in this competition is increasing year by year. At the territorial stage of this year's knowledge competition, there is a record number - 2,5 million rubles.more than students participated. This means that more than 55% of the total students participated in this competition.

In the current academic year, the large-scale work carried out on the basis of the resolution of the esteemed president on December 10, 2012 (measures for further improvement of the foreign language learning system) was continued.

In particular, 17222 foreign language rooms were prepared for teaching foreign languages in the primary classes, all of which were provided with DVD-tape, educational-visual weapons, dictionaries and literature. In 2014, 2457 primary classes were provided with laptop computers, proectors and other technical means, in 2015 4193 primary and 1500 5-9-class equipment were delivered.

In 2015, the primary class foreign language cabinets of secondary schools were equipped with a total of 6775 class technical facilities.

In January 2016, the first marotaba in history the best English Language teachers of 42 years were trained in prestigious universities of Great Britain. Teachers who have returned to improve their qualifications abroad are teaching their colleagues the experiences they have received. As a result, 3331 teachers (the best English language teacher of the Year) want to participate in the competition. This means 2 times more than last year.

From 11 janvar to 20 March 2016, textbook complexes created in foreign languages for 4 classes were tested in the base schools. It should be noted that for students of the 4th grade (Kids’ English-4( textbook complex experience-tests were conducted by experimenters-teachers who had a certain experience in this regard in previous years.

Starting from the new academic year in Uzbekistan from the first marotaba 1 to the 9th grade, all students learn foreign language on the basis of the new DTS. That is, all students of the class are covered in the study of a foreign language.

In the current year, a new on-line system was launched in order to achieve the timely transition of sports sections, fan clubs and music classes, regular monitoring of their activities and providing practical assistance to the meaningful Organization of extracurricular time of the first marotaba students.

 Now all children and adolescents in the Republic sports schools, children's music and art schools, (competent generation (material and technical base of children's centers, directions, pedagogical team, coverage of students can be obtained on-line in real-time unit in hakm. 

In the 2015-2016 academic year, there were also big changes in the direction of sports. In particular, on the basis of the resolution 356 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated December 11, 2015, 225 children and adolescents sports schools in the system were reorganized. The main purpose of this project is to improve the activities of attracting children to Sports, improve the activities of sports clubs and sections, as well as increase the coverage of students engaged in sports.

In addition, the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on strengthening the material and technical base of the children's and adolescents ' sports schools № PP-2503 of March 2, 2016 was adopted, and on the basis of this document from the account of the fund for the development of children's sports for 2016 was determined the construction, reconstruction and Also, from the funds of the children's Sports Development Fund for 2016 year, 212 sports schools will be fully provided with sports equipment and equipment.

Today, a total of 20 940 sports sections have been established in 225 children and adolescents sports schools, covering 265 913 (86 975 girls) students. During the academic year, a total of 479 students (166 of them girls) took part in 53 prestigious international sports events and won 140 gold, 83 silver and 91 bronze medals.

In the direction of music and art education, this academic year was also rich in important events. In particular, the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 20, 2015 (pp-2435 on the state program for further improvement of the activities of children's music and art schools for 2016-2020 years) was adopted.
