submission of the State partner of the plan for the development of the DHS object for a long period of time.

In accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on public-private partnership” № ARQ-537 of May 10, 2019, and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on improvement of the procedure for the implementation of Public-Private Partnership projects” № 259 of April 26, 2020, the concept of this project was approved by the Ministry of Public Education
