In accordance with the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PF-5712 of April 29, 2019 “on approval of the concept of development of the system of public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030” and measures of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan “on introduction of new principles of management into the system of Public Education”
The former 29-th secondary school, which is located in 223 houses in Argin Street, Asaka district, Andijan region, is an empty building and a land area (10 000 sq.m.) without use.m.) it is planned to establish a non — state educational institution on the terms of Public-Private Partnership (in subsequent places-the DPRK branch).
Terms of Public-Private Partnership project include the following:
Give free education to 20 percent of the total number of pupils (family children in need of social protection) of the non-state secondary education organization under the organization;
on the basis of the project documents agreed with the state partner, the construction of buildings and structures for the establishment of a non-state secondary institution at the DSS facility, as well as the establishment of the material and technical base of this institution in accordance with modern standards;
using the DXSh object during the validity period of the transaction without changing the main type of activity;
Construction of buildings and structures in accordance with the rules of technical and fire safety at the facilities of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, as well as reconstruction and exploitation on the basis of these rules during the period of validity of the agreement;
submission of the State partner of the plan for the development of the DHS object for a long period of time.
