Getting started

When you enter the site, the main page opens. After entering the main page, the user can access all the information of interest from the sections available on the site and get answers to their questions.

Sections in the site panel menu

Sections - located at the top of the page, a panel with buttons for switching between sections of the site. The user can open a section by clicking on the section name.

Home page

Main page appearance

In order to go to the main page of the Uzedu website, click on the logo and name of the Ministry, which is located at the top of the window. Also, the main page automatically opens when you enter the site. The main page is shown in the figure.

Appointment to the main page

The main page of the site allows you to collect on one screen all the information and news that users can get all the information they are interested in. By clicking the "Details" button in the "Alumni awards" block, users can get information about how many alumni have been awarded gold and silver medals during the year.

Also on the main page there is an online system for admission to general education schools. There, users can register their children in grades 1-5 and 7 by going to the site my.maktab.uz by clicking the registration button.

After the block "Online reception system" there are news with pictures and date. When you hover the mouse cursor over the desired picture, full information on this topic will open.

At the bottom of this block, the user can see five industry development initiatives: 1. Art; 2. Sports; 3. Technology; 4. Reading; 5. Employment of women

In the middle of the main page, a block “main indicators” appears. There the user can see the number schools, students, teachers, and languages.

In the block "Our projects" there are sections that interest users. By clicking on the "Details" button or the icon of this section, the user can go to this page and receive the information he needs:

  1. 1. For parents - when entering this section, several links to topics that parents are interested in will appear on the page
  2. 2. Vacancies - when entering this section, the page “xt.uzedu.uz” will open, and the user can search for vacancies and apply for a suitable job.
  3. 3. One million Uzbek coders - when entering this section, the user can find out about this platform and through the hyperlink “uzbekcoders.uz” they can enter this site and register for free training.
  4. 4. Kitob.uz - when entering this section, the “kitob.uz” page will open.
  5. 5. For teachers - when entering this section, a link will appear on the page “Basic curriculum of secondary schools for the 2020-2021 academic year”. Clicking on this link will open the order of the Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  6. 6. Students - when entering this section, the user can find information about the student.
  7. 7. Teacher's voice
  8. 8. Online trainings - through this hyperlink the user can enter “eduportal.uz” and can take online trainings.

Territorial administrations

For the convenience of the user, an interactive map is placed on the main screen, which allows all citizens of Uzbekistan to see all the information about the management of public education in their regions. After the user selects his region on the map, he can find out the name of the head of the department of education, telephone number, fax number, website, email, and the exact address of the department.

At the bottom of the block “Territorial administrations” there are variable pictures with the button “Details” and the name of the section. By clicking this button, the user goes to this section and learns more about it. There the user can learn about “ICT training centers”, “ICT in the regions”, “Innovation center”, and “Presidential school”.

Call statistics

On this block, users can see the number of citizens' appeals to the MNO, the appeals considered, during consideration, and the rejected appeals.

Ministry

Purpose of the "Ministry" menu

By clicking on the name of the "Ministry" section, drop-down menus appear that users can learn more about the Ministry.

As shown in the picture, the user can get complete information about the Ministry from the menu list. Now we get information about all the menus one by one:

  1. 1. About the Ministry - on this section, users can learn about the main tasks and activities of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  2. 2. Manual - in this section the user can get information about the manual. If the user clicks on the full name of the manager chosen by him, as shown in the figure, he will receive full information about the position, work activity and main responsibilities of this manager.
  3. 3. Central office of the ministry - in this section the user can get information about the central office of the ministry. If the user clicks on the full name of the selected members of the central apparatus of the ministry, as shown in the figure, he will receive full information about his / her position, work activity and main responsibilities.
  4. 4. Territorial administrations - in this section the user can get complete information about the heads of the regional administration of public education. If the user clicks on the full name of the head of the regional department of public education chosen by him, he will receive full information about his / her position, labor activity and main responsibilities.
  5. 5. Government organizations - in this section the user can get complete information about the directors of each government organization. If the user clicks on the full name of the director of this organization chosen by him, he will receive full information about his / her position, work activity and main responsibilities.

Coordination and advisory bodies - when the user enters this section, he can see the name and position of the members of the board of the Ministry of Public Education and the composition of the coordination council for the implementation and improvement of the efficiency of information and communication technologies in the system of the Ministry of Public Education.

By clicking on the name of the "Documents" section, drop-down menus appear as shown in the figure. Members can get complete information about laws, decrees, regulations and international debts.

Purpose of the "Education" menu

By clicking on the name of the "Education" section, drop-down menus appear as shown in the figure. There users will receive all news and information about education.

Statistics - in this section, the user can find out the number of teachers working in secondary schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the number of schools and students in the language of instruction in secondary schools of the public education system in the 2020-2021 academic year, the number of operating secondary schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the number of students in secondary schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the number of secondary schools and students in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as obtain information on the categories of teachers of secondary schools.

For foreign citizens: admission of children to school - Enrollment of children of foreign citizens in schools is carried out in accordance with the instruction "On the procedure for submission and consideration of documents of foreign citizens for admission to study at state institutions of general secondary education of the Republic of Uzbekistan"
  3. 3. Application for the restoration of a lost certificate - The restoration of a lost or invalid certificate is carried out in accordance with the regulation approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 13, 2019 N 393. Footer appearance

The site footer will be located at the very bottom of all pages. Footer contains several sections: the logo of the Ministry, address, phone number, e-mail address, official website, working days and times, as well as links to go to its pages on social networks. And also, the news section is also available on the footer. There are also several links where the user can access full information about the forum, voice of the mentor, information about schools, vacancies, media about us, online communication, sitemap and development strategy center. To do this, the user just needs to click on the link he needs, by which he can go to the same page and get the necessary information.

Also in the footer there are links called “Security Policy”, “Privacy Policy” and “Terms of Use”, according to which the user receives all the information he is interested in on how to use the site correctly.
